We recommend scheduling your one-time cleaning service as far in advance as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons. However, we understand that real estate transactions can be unpredictable, and we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.

How much does the cleaning service cost?
Our cleaning service operates hourly, with a base rate of $50/hour for the initial cleaner and $25/hour for each additional cleaner, inclusive of all supplies and travel expenses. The clock begins upon our arrival and stops once the client, or you, conduct the final walk-through and approves the cleaning.
How do you bill for cleaning services? Do you take pictures if I/my client can't complete a walk through?
We start the clock upon our arrival and end once the final walk through and finishing touches have been completed. If no one is present or available for the walk through, we will do one on your (or the clients) behalf, if requested. We document the work with pictures and notes and can email them at no additional cost.
Our services are billed the same day and due upon receipt. We require a card on file when signing the electronic cleaning agreement that we will charge upon the end of the cleaning and a receipt is issued immediately for your records.
